This digital image was created from a photograph that I took while on assignment in Mexico.  The cool salty mist turned this dormant tree into a peaceful oasis.

Blue is a very calming color that can help us to feel centered, relaxed and serene.  It is known to help lower blood pressure, clear the mind, and help steady one's breathing.
